Responsibilities
  • Own global hiring strategy across London, Madrid, and Shenzhen with clear quarterly goals and scorecards.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes in Ashby and align onboarding handoffs in Rippling.
  • Translate org plans into calibrated role kickoffs, interview plans, and hiring manager operating rhythms.
  • Run compensation planning inputs (ranges, leveling, offers) with market data and internal consistency.
  • Lead proactive sourcing using Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, Git Hub, and community signals.
  • Build repeatable pipelines for ML/AI, computer vision, and core engineering roles tied to our docs ecosystem.
  • Develop talent maps for priority markets (UK/Spain/China) and maintain warmed executive and specialist networks.
  • Improve employer branding through high-signal role narratives and visibility across our community.
  • Deliver a fast, respectful process with crisp communication, feedback loops, and strong closing motion.
  • Lead offer strategy and negotiation while maintaining fairness, transparency, and speed.
  • Partner with teams to improve interview quality, reduce bias, and increase signal-to-noise in hiring decisions.
  • Track funnel metrics and iterate weekly to improve conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
Skills and experience

Core requirements

  • 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting with Series A/B scale-up experience and high ownership for outcomes.
  • Track record scaling a startup from ~50 to 100+ employees across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Deep expertise with ATS administration, workflow design, and reporting (Ashby strongly preferred).
  • Strong sourcing fundamentals (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean, Git Hub) and comfort with high-volume roles when needed.
  • Proven hiring manager partnership skills: role clarity, calibration, process discipline, and decisive execution.
  • Experience supporting global hiring across time zones (UK/Spain/China) with clean coordination and follow-through.
  • Strong compensation literacy: ranges, leveling, offer construction, and negotiation in competitive markets.

Nice to have

  • Technical recruiting depth in ML/AI, computer vision, and applied research/engineering roles.
  • Experience hiring for GTM orgs (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Partnerships) in developer-led products.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and operating cadences that drive measurable recruiting outcomes.
  • Prior exposure to open-source or developer ecosystems (e.g., Ultralytics Git Hub).
  • Passion for what we build and how it s used by teams worldwide in our Guides.
