It’s about running strong accounts, delivering consistently, and growing revenue year over year. We’ve scaled quickly. Now we need someone who knows how to manage enterprise clients properly.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll design, build, and scale the services that power our platforms, enabling our clients and creators to work seamlessly. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with product, design, and frontend engineers to deliver high‑impact solutions at pace.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Type Script.
• Implement and manage Postgre
  
  SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Integrate and manage queue systems, particularly BullMQ, for efficient task processing.
• Containerize applications using Docker for consistent development and deployment environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).
• Hands‑on experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, including schema design and query optimisation.
• Experience with queue systems like Rabbit
  
  MQ or BullMQ.
• Familiarity with AWS services and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
