Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Senior Backend Developer to develop scalable backend systems, build secure APIs, and ensure high system performance and reliability within a dynamic technology team in Singapore.

• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, Dev Ops, QA, and Product teams to deliver integrated and cohesive software solutions
• Conduct code reviews and produce technical documentation to ensure code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Monitor system performance continuously and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability
• Support deployment and CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth, frequent, and automated software releases

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the tech stack, such as Java, Ruby, Python, or Java Script
• Significant expertise in mobile development, particularly with React Native
• Familiarity with industry frameworks including Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails (RoR), and React
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
