My client, a leading financial services organisation, is searching for an AI Agent Performance Manager to play a critical role in the delivery, testing, deployment, and ongoing performance assurance of next-generation AI and Agentic Systems.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, quality assurance, and product accountability, ensuring AI agents are production‑ready, stable, and measurable.

As AI Agent Performance Manager, you will take end‑to‑end accountability for AI agent performance, from defining success metrics and boundaries through to deployment, monitoring, and final sign‑off. You will work closely with engineering, AI acceleration, and business stakeholders to ensure agents meet both technical and business expectations.

• Own and define performance metrics, KPIs, and operational boundaries for AI agents
• Design and oversee business and technical testing strategies for agentic and generative AI systems
• Lead deployment, monitoring, and performance validation of AI agents on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Ensure production readiness, stability, and scalability of AI agents
• Provide final performance and stability sign‑off prior to release
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align performance outcomes with strategic goals

• 5‑7+ years in a senior technical role (AI, data, platform, or engineering focused)
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Agent Systems
• Proven experience owning testing, performance validation, and deployment of AI systems

• Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI architectures
• Expertise in testing strategies, performance validation, and quality assurance for AI systems
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Ability to define, track, and interpret AI performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder communication and decision‑making skills
