Java Software Engineer

We’re a London-based financial trading company building high-performance, low-latency trading systems used in global markets.

We’re looking for Core Java Engineers who love solving complex problems and delivering mission-critical software at scale.

• Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications
• Optimise low-latency trading systems for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to implement new features
• Contribute to architecture, performance tuning, and system stability

• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8+)
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with low-latency systems, messaging protocols, or distributed systems
• Problem-solving mindset and passion for robust, efficient code

• Experience in trading, fintech, or high-throughput systems
• Knowledge of JVM tuning, FIX protocol, Kafka
• Base up to £120k + performance bonus
• 3 days a week in London, 2 days a week WFH
