Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade visualisations that deliver actionable insights at speed within a complex, large-scale operational environment.

Initially embedded within a flagship London-based business unit, you will architect scalable frameworks capable of deployment across multiple international operating companies. This role requires consultancy-level frontend engineering expertise and the ability to balance rapid delivery with strong engineering discipline.

• Rapid Prototyping: Deliver initial dashboards and visualisations in Tableau or Power BI to meet urgent business needs.
• Robust Engineering: Architect and build production-grade, reusable dashboard solutions using modern frontend technologies, integrating with enterprise APIs and data sources.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure solutions are modular, performant, and scalable across multiple operating companies, with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment.
• Operational Integration: Embed visualisations into operational workflows, enabling real-time decision-making and measurable impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Analysts to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
• Multi-Entity Deployment: Design solutions for interoperability and reuse across international business units.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex business requirements into impactful visual experiences and drive adoption across senior stakeholders.

• 10+ years of enterprise frontend engineering experience in AI/data-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI for stakeholder-facing dashboards.
• Deep hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Type Script).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including scalable deployment and integration.
• Strong knowledge of API integration.
• Proven track record of taking frontend solutions from prototype to full production deployment with reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience in complex operational or logistics data domains is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate impact.
• Willingness to initially work on-site in London and travel internationally for later-stage group deployments.
