Job Description: You will join a fast-paced team building a category-defining AI platform for the venture capital industry. This hands‑on role involves owning large parts of the stack end-to-end, from building RAG pipelines and orchestrating multiple LLMs to designing sophisticated UIs. You will tackle complex document processing challenges and ship production‑ready features for global investment firms.

Location: London, UK / Remote

• Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontends that handle thousands of real‑world investment documents and high‑stakes data extraction.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep mastery of Type Script, Node.js, and modern React patterns.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM‑powered applications in production, including experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Product‑minded engineer who thrives in early‑stage chaos and prioritizes shipping high‑quality, secure code over consensus.
