Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office

We are seeking a Senior Deal Cloud Specialist to join a high-performing investment environment following the completion of one of a large Deal Cloud implementation. This hire will play a critical role in supporting, optimising and evolving the platform, working across both strategic initiatives and ongoing BAU.

This is an opportunity for a senior, hands‑on platform specialist to take ownership and act as a subject matter expert.

• Lead and support strategic Deal Cloud enhancement projects
• Manage and optimise BAU platform performance and user experience
• Configure, customise and enhance Deal Cloud to meet evolving business needs
• Partner with senior stakeholders across investment and operational teams
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
• Support data integrity, reporting and workflow optimisation
• Work closely with the existing in-house Deal Cloud specialist to strengthen platform capability

• Minimum 2 years' hands‑on Deal Cloud experience
• Strong platform knowledge including configuration, implementation and optimisation
• Experience delivering or supporting medium‑to‑large scale Deal Cloud implementations
• Ability to operate as a senior SME and engage confidently with stakeholders

• Consultancy background with exposure to multiple Deal Cloud projects
• In‑house Deal Cloud implementation experience within Private Equity or Venture Capital
• Experience supporting post‑implementation optimisation in an investment environment

• Senior, credible and commercially aware
• Strong problem‑solving and solution design capability
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
• Proactive and able to work in a lean, high‑impact team
