• 8 years of experience with software development.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Experience operating within regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Payments) or managing high-volume transactional systems.

• 15 years of software engineering experience, with significant experience managing teams and other managers.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and defining technical strategy at an organizational level.
• Expertise in architecting and scaling public cloud platforms, specifically using containers (Kubernetes/GKE) and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).
• Expertise in security engineering, including identity management, mTLS, and policy enforcement within distributed systems.
• Demonstrated active technical contribution, including open-source contributions or a willingness to remain in architectural decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading migration strategies from on-premise/legacy infrastructure to cloud-native architectures in mission-critical environments.
