Lead Dotnet Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services, APIs, and database solutions.

You will work closely with architects, frontend teams, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications in an Agile environment.

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Build and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, queries, and functions in SQL Server.
• Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through best coding practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and Dev Ops teams to support end-to-end feature delivery.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, including query tuning and API responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party services and external systems as required.
• Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with C#/.NET. Strong experience in .NET Core, Web API, and microservices. Expertise in SQL Server, database design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or other ORMs. Familiarity with Azure, Docker, or containerized deployments. Knowledge of message brokers (Rabbit

MQ, Kafka, etc.). Understanding of cloud-native architectures.
