Staff Product Engineer (Frontend) – Hybrid (3 days a week in London, coming down to
2) | £/€ 90-115K + Equity + Benefits

We’re looking for a Staff Product Engineer (Frontend) to help shape the future of our brand-new platform — one with zero tech debt, a strong engineering culture, and serious backing (pre-seed valuation: £25m).

This is a chance to have real ownership across product strategy, technical direction, and user experience, working closely with a tight-knit team of engineers who ship fast, think deeply, and care about craft.

We’re a 35-person team (11 engineers), building a B2B SaaS Mar Tech product, backed by top investors. We’re fast becoming one of Europe’s breakout startups. Our culture values autonomy, trust, and balance — and we’re serious about building a supportive, inclusive workplace.

• Strong experience with React and Type Script (Next.js is a bonus)
• Solid engineering fundamentals and a product mindset
• Comfortable working in teams that own everything from design to deployment
• Lead experience
