Senior .NET Software Engineer - London - x2 days in the office per week. Miller Maxwell has partnered with a global financial services organisation urgently seeking to hire several experienced Senior Software Engineers, as they expand their global workforce. The Senior .NET Software Engineer will:

• 🛠️ Build and enhance software features using modern C# and .NET Core.
• 👥 Review colleagues’ code and help maintain high engineering standards.
• 💬 Contribute to planning sessions, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• 🧭 Offer guidance on tools, development practices, and best‑in‑class approaches.
• 🤝 Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• 🚀 Lead initiatives that drive innovation or reduce technical debt.
• 📘 Produce clear technical documentation and communicate designs confidently.

🎓 Skills & Experience Needed for the Senior Software Engineer:

• Strong hands‑on background with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC
• 🔄 Good knowledge of Agile delivery, CI/CD workflows.
• 🧪 Solid experience working with TDD.
• 🗄️ Strong understanding of SQL, ideally SQL Server.
• 💼 Previous experience working within electronic trading. financial technology, electronic trading technology environments.
• Experience of Cloud - Azure.
