Location: Greater London
Paragon Alpha are partnered with a top performing systematic hedge fund who have posted impressive returns in recent years; leading to aggressive growth primarily in Europe.
Now seeking a junior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of systems design and reliability principles to help scale their high-performance trading platform.
You will build tools and automation for performance and monitoring, evolve their observability stack, and will get the chance to work closely with researchers, traders and a variety of internal teams to improve critical systems.
