This is a hands‑on senior engineering role at the core of the platform.

You’ll build systems that need to be:

• Fast
• Reliable
• Observable
• Safe

You’ll work closely with founders, ship to production quickly, and have real ownership over what gets built.

• Building and owning core backend systems in Python
• Designing APIs using FastAPI
• Working on agent orchestration, workflows, and memory layers
• Integrating with real‑world healthcare and scheduling systems
• Improving performance, reliability, and observability
• Shaping engineering standards and technical direction
• Shipping fast in a high‑trust, high‑output team

• 4+ years’ commercial software engineering experience
• Strong Python background with end-to-end ownership
• Production experience with FastAPI (or similar)
• Solid AWS experience
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Product‑minded — you care how things are used, not just built
• Strong architectural and problem‑solving skills
• Frontend: React
• Cloud: AWS
