You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization comprising mobile, backend, web, and data science teams. Reporting to the CTO, you will develop engineering leads, scale delivery systems, and ensure a privacy-first approach to generative AI features. This role balances technical excellence with strategic product partnership to ship high-quality consumer experiences internationally.

• Lead a high-performing team at a mission-driven Certified B Corp focused on ethical AI and user privacy
• Scale a sophisticated technical stack that bridges on-device machine learning with international physical product fulfillment
• Shape the engineering culture and operational system of a well-funded startup during a critical growth phase

• Manage and coach engineering leads across Backend, iOS, Android, Web, and Data Science disciplines to build leadership depth
• Partner with product leadership to translate high-level strategy into predictable delivery milestones and measurable technical outcomes
• Drive engineering excellence by maturing CI/CD, observability, and privacy-by-design practices across the entire engineering organization

• Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager managing other managers or leads in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Strong experience delivering consumer-facing products with complex requirements around data privacy, security, or sensitive user content
• Systems-oriented leader who excels at improving team interfaces, delivery visibility, and operational integrity at scale
