• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex cloud‑native applications aligned with IBM, public sector, and healthcare standards and requirements
• Mentor and support junior team members to promote continuous learning, technical growth, and high‑quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define architecture, ensure compliance, and integrate seamlessly with Azure cloud services
• Stay current on emerging cloud technologies, security requirements, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices
• Contribute to cloud‑native strategies, roadmaps, and modernization efforts supporting public sector and healthcare transformation initiatives

• Extensive experience in developing rich UI applications based on SPAs or microfront ends
• Masterful proficiency in developing scalable and resilient backend microservices following the 12‑factor principles
• Strong understanding of modern SQL and No‑SQL modeling techniques
• Proficiency in purpose‑built programming languages and runtimes, including .NET Core and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services and frameworks
• Experience with Event Driven Applications using Kafka and Zookeeper
• Familiarity with cloud‑native CI/CD for change release
