Lead and inspire our fast‑growing engineering organisation. Collaborate directly with customers and project teams to define innovative technology solutions, ensuring every engagement delivers secure, robust, and trustworthy AI‑assisted products.

• Lead the technical aspects necessary to continuously evolve our internal AI systems/platform to support world‑class predictive business operations
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable, AI‑powered and data‑driven digital products on AWS and Azure for diverse industries
• Partner with customers from day one: help define their technology needs and design solutions that deliver maximum value
• Oversee technology delivery and customer engagements, setting the highest standards for product excellence, security, and responsible AI practices
• Lead and grow a talented, multi‑disciplinary engineering team, blending software, data, platform, and AI skills
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Define and refine engineering best practices—including code quality, Dev Ops, testing, documentation, and rigorous security measures fuelled using agents and model context protocol capabilities
• Implement microservices architectures and manage robust relational and non‑relational databases
• Ensure our AI features leverage Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol, and other leading‑edge techniques—with a strong focus on safe and ethical deployment
• Stay current with the latest in cloud, platform, data & AI engineering practices to shape our evolving standards and solutions

• Led high‑performing technical teams in consulting or professional services—taking projects from inception to delivery, and beyond
• Full stack engineering leader with technical depth and outstanding communication skills
• Thrives working alongside customers and cross‑functional teams to co‑create solutions that drive business impact
• Expert in software, product engineering, security standards, and cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Embeds AI—bridging the gap from data to product, with a focus on trust, safety, and scalability
• Knowledgeable about microservices, APIs, relational and non‑relational databases
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with clients and colleagues, making complex ideas simple and actionable
• Experience operating at both C‑Level and remaining hands‑on to ensure direct reports see a real engineering figurehead
• Excited to lead, inspire, and build diverse teams in a remote‑first environment
• Experience building modern software products using React, NodeJS, HTML, Typescript and Python
• Experience setting engineering standards for multi‑disciplinary teams and integrating CLI development tools using LLMs like Claude Code, embedding Dev Ops tooling into AI chat experiences with software like Miro, Jira, Slack and Git Hub
