This is a chance to join a passionate team leveraging cutting‑edge AI to improve mental health access globally. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in making Ash an even more engaging and effective product. You will work in a cross‑functional Product team containing traditional product, design, and software development expertise as well as machine learning/AI specialists.

Your work will span the entire stack end‑to‑end, from developing new features in the app to behind‑the‑scenes automations and integrations to make Ash a more powerful tool.

• Collaborate within our core Engineering team, Product Manager and Designer to quickly design, build, and launch new features in our app, taking ownership of the whole stack.
• Encourage working in all parts of our stack, including the app (Dart/Flutter), internal tooling (Next.js/Type Script), and ML scripts for evaluation, data processing, and model training (Python).
• Elevate user experience by continually refining app reliability, performance, and polish.
• Rapidly investigate, diagnose, and resolve bugs to ensure product stability.
• Take initiative to independently prototype new features based on customer feedback and your own product intuitions.

• Thrived building mobile and web applications from zero‑to‑one. Working with different technologies across the whole vertical, including frontend, databases, and relevant infrastructure.
• Driven by building a world‑class product with a world‑class team, wanting to own what you build, and comfortable building and throwing away code.
• Strong software engineering experience in multiple general‑purpose programming languages and modern technologies and architectures.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, shipping fast.
• Self‑starter and keen learner with the ability to pick up new tools, languages, and concepts on the job. Having an interest in AI helps.
