• Leadthe design and implementation of highly-available and scalable features across the full application stack using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.
• Architect and optimise backend APIs, microservices, and data models using C# toensure high performance and reliability.
• Develop responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Next.js,focusing on server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) for optimal user experience.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using core Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Provide technical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior andmid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• 5+years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2years in a Senior or Lead Full Stack role.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET framework for building robust, scalable backendservices and APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Next.js and React for building modern, high-performance web applications.
• Demonstrated experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a highly structured Agile development methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and a commitment towriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Fluencyin Russian is required to effectively communicate and collaborate withcore team members and stakeholders.

• Experience with advanced Next.js features.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, specifically within the GCP ecosystem.
• Prior experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging queues or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
