We are looking to engage Full Stack Engineers to join a high-impact team within the Financial Services sector. This is a critical initiative focused on building and maintaining a unified technology stack. We are seeking engineers who not only possess strong technical prowess in Python but also bring a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory compliance, and high-volume transaction handling.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using a unified stack with Python at the core.
• Contribute to a microservices architecture, utilizing Kubernetes and AWS/Cloud technologies to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Implement complex business logic related to Gross Transaction Value (GTV), payment processing, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure all software solutions adhere strictly to financial regulations and compliance standards (GDPR, PSD2, etc.).
• Design and manage asynchronous communication patterns between services to handle high-throughput financial data.
• Work in a hybrid model, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across European hubs.

• Core Language: Expert-level proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
