You will help shape a B2B2C platform focused on stress reduction and resilience. By developing an intelligent, AI-native coach, you will integrate physiological data and behavioral science into daily user experiences. This role involves taking ownership of complex end-to-end features, making critical technical trade-offs, and driving measurable impact for global users.

• Work at the intersection of AI and behavioral science to solve the global crisis of chronic stress and burnout

• Senior-level engineer with 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing applications using React and Python or Type Script
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex problems and deliver maintainable, high-performance software solutions within a collaborative environment
• Strong interest in wellbeing technology and experience with mobile development, specifically React Native and system architecture
