• Prototype and iterate gameplay mechanics, driving prototyping, play testing, and rapid feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with artists to ensure features are well visualized, intuitive, and impactful.
• Optimize gamefeel and empower future design capability alongside programmers.
• Provide detailed design specs, visual mockups, and documentation to prevent bottlenecks in production pipelines.
• Own final deliverables, ensuring balanced, polished, and tested end‑user experiences.
• Iterate and improve gameplay features, shaping future design direction.
• Balance existing gameplay elements to maintain healthy engagement KPIs and overall meta.
• Contribute new design ideas and influence the feature roadmap.
• Share responsibility for the game’s overall design vision with the development team.

• Extensive experience with gameplay design and action gameplay games.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality gameplay in a live‑game environment.
• Proactive, productive collaboration and strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Absolute passion for playing and delivering great gameplay experiences.
