Are you a hands‑on AI Lead passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud deployments
? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic AI team and contribute to cutting‑edge projects in Insurtech and Fintech
. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable AI applications, fine‑tune LLMs, and integrate AI capabilities across platforms.

• Lead the design, implementation, and fine‑tuning of LLMs and generative AI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open‑source models).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies.
• Develop AI‑powered applications integrating LLMs with APIs, agents, and workflows.
• Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices and high‑quality outputs.

• Agentic AI experience
• 6+ years of Python development with hands‑on experience in Generative AI
• Strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma
  
  DB, FAISS)
• Proven team leadership and mentoring skills; managing 3‑5 engineers
• Cloud deployment experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, AI/ML principles, and MLOps
• Experience developing REST APIs and Agentic AI frameworks (Lang Graph, Crew AI)

• Experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains
• Knowledge of insurance workflows or policy administration systems
• Team leadership and client‑facing experience
