Frontend-Focused Full Stack Rails Engineer - Scaling Healthtech Startup - Tech for good

I am searching for a Frontend focused candidate who will join my client as their first Rails Frontend Developer. They are open to seeing candidates who have Rails FE experience (Hotwire/ Stimulus / Turbo) or Frontend Engineer who are familiar with Ruby on Rails.

My client is a fast moving company in the Healthtech, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for their customers. They have a great leadership and engineering team currently, and I'm confident they will continue to do very well!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on frontend development.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Rails (experience with Rails 7/8 is a bonus), Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.
• UX
  
  Skills:
  
  A strong eye for user experience and design.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team.
• Learning Attitude:
  Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
