Their products are used worldwide, delivering high performance and reliability to leading financial and enterprise clients.

The company is seeking a passionate Senior Android Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of a new enterprise-grade mobile application. You'll play a key role in shaping the Android development roadmap, with the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Android team as the product evolves.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to define and implement high-quality features.
• Build enterprise-grade mobile solutions optimised for performance and security.
• Establish architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and best coding practices.
• Manage full app life cycle - from design and testing to release and maintenance.
• Oversee Play Store deployments, release management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate APIs and authentication systems.
• Mentor others and foster a culture of innovation and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in Android app development using Kotlin.
• Proven background in building enterprise or large-scale apps.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture, UI/UX principles, and testing frameworks.
• Experience with Google Play app distribution, build pipelines, and secure key management.

• Strong portfolio or examples of live apps.
• Experience implementing Agile practices in software delivery.
