Senior Developer – Application Engineering

Wondercraft is an AI-native video studio that aims to democratize studio‑grade production. We’re looking to build the future of “vibe” creation with an in‑browser video editor and an AI studio agent called Wonda.

You will work closely with the engineering team to design, architect, and ship features that realize this vision, while collaborating with design and customer‑success to refine user experience.

• Design and architect new features in partnership with design, product, and senior engineering.
• Implement end‑to‑end functionality across the stack (front‑end and back‑end).
• Refine specifications and user flows with design and front‑line customers.
• Own critical features, ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver on a shared product vision.

• 3–5 years of front‑end development in a fast‑growing company; founding engineer or engineering lead preferred.
• Proficient in React; comfort with modern web tooling and best practices.
• Experience building end‑to‑end, high‑performance web applications.
• Strong sense of ownership; proactive problem‑solving and a drive to ship high‑quality products.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Based in London, UK (or willing to relocate).

• £80k–£100k base salary plus equity, commensurate with experience.
