Job Description:

Join a pioneering team to build the 0→1 AI-driven compliance platform for the healthcare industry. You will architect and develop an LLM-powered engine for automated regulatory insights, working directly with the founding team. This is a foundational role with significant autonomy, ownership, and influence over both product and engineering strategy.

Europe Remote / London, UK / Zurich, Switzerland / Munich, Germany.

• Shape the foundational architecture and long-term product direction of a next-generation AI platform.
• Join a well-funded, VC-backed healthtech startup with ambitious growth plans.
• Work directly with experienced founders in a high-ownership, high-impact environment.

• Lead development of the initial AI-driven compliance platform.
• Design and implement core features of the LLM-powered regulatory insights engine.
• Take end-to-end ownership of core product components and critical engineering decisions.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong React and Type Script expertise.
• Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies.
