We are looking for highly skilled engineers who can own and deliver entire sections of our products, solve technical challenges, and help architect new solutions.

• Building large sections of functionality or entire services.
• Reviewing code and testing features of fellow engineers.
• Providing 24/7 support for the things you build.
• Helping define and shape our tech stack, culture, standards, and more.
• Getting involved in recruitment processes.
• Helping shape infrastructure choices and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Driving adoption of engineering best practices (code quality, reliability, security).
• Mentoring and supporting other engineers at all levels.

Formal qualifications are not required; we seek candidates with real industry experience. This senior role has decisions that impact the entire company.

• 10+ years of commercial experience in modern languages (Typescript, Golang, Rust, C#, Java)
• 5+ years of commercial experience with Typescript
• 5+ years of working on web APIs/services
• 5+ years working with a modern frontend framework (Svelte, Angular, React, Vue.js)
• 3+ years experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, etc.)
• Experience with containerised apps.
• Experience with serverless technologies (GCP preferred).

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience in an eCommerce setting.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience architecting new solutions.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures and paradigms.
