Laravel DeveloperWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Laravel Developer to join our team. You’ll be working on a mix of client‑facing projects and internal tools that drive the efficiency and scalability of our business. If you enjoy building robust web applications, optimising performance, and solving complex problems, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and maintain Laravel‑based applications, both for clients and internal projects.
- Build scalable, high‑performance solutions capable of handling large volumes of users and data.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project coordinators to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Debug, optimise, and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
- Research and implement new technologies, packages, and frameworks to improve our development processes.
- Work with APIs, MySQL/Postgre
SQL databases, and third‑party integrations. - Contribute to team discussions, code reviews, and best practices for development workflow.
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel (5+ years preferred).
- Solid understanding of MySQL/Postgre
SQL and database design. - Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and integration with third‑party services.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue is a plus.
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean code.
- Experience building internal tools or SaaS applications is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion.
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000.
