Position: Principal Software Engineer (Python)

Role summary:
You will combine strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure your team successfully ships great products. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role Essential skills:  Expert-level Python skills  Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on designing and implementing high-performance, scalable systems.  Experience working cross functionally with Product and Research teams Experience in cloud technologies (emphasis on Azure) and deployment practices, ensuring seamless and scalable delivery.  

Experience working with ML and Data Science teams and product ionizing ML solutions. Proven ability to uphold coding and design standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Effective communication skills, with experience communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues Working knowledge of Dev Ops, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring Experience in Fintech is a plus Education Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related field, or equivalent work experience
