We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Offers Team. You’ll help build and evolve the systems that generate loan offers for new customers, including pricing, credit limits, and other offer terms.

The TeamThe Offers team owns and optimises the offer‑generation systems. It mainly works hybrid in London and includes data scientists, strategy analysts and software engineers.
The RoleAs a full‑stack engineer you’ll work closely with our tech and product strategy lead. While there is some front‑end work, the majority of your work will be back‑end.
Projects- Optimize and deploy live decision models – reduce runtime of optimisation models with data scientists.
- Redesign offer‑generation architecture – refactor and simplify existing services.
- Implement new customer offer display interfaces – build user interfaces for customers to customise loan offers.
- Develop robust analytics infrastructure – build data models and pipelines for accurate, timely data collection.
- Proficiency in Python and strong back‑end engineering skills.
- Experience designing, building, and managing relational databases.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining API endpoints.
- Comfortable working across the full stack, including front‑end in React/Type Script.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Django and Postgre
SQL. - Experience with design software such as Figma.
- Understanding of Dev Ops, containerisation, and CI/CD.
- Strong numerical or technical background, e.g., degree in maths, physics, CS, engineering, or relevant industry experience.
£65,000 – £80,000 per annum, open‑to‑discussion based on experience.
