Listo is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native distribution.

We help companies turn their existing APIs, products, and services into AI-native applications that run inside platforms like ChatGPT and other agentic systems.

We automate the entire lifecycle of AI app integration: MCP server generation, AI-native UI, hosting, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation for invocation and visibility.

Our ambition is bold:

AI platforms are the next major distribution channel, much like the App Store was a decade ago and we want to empower any business to participate.

We are an early-stage company operating at the edge of a fast-moving ecosystem. This is not a maintenance role. It’s about designing, shipping, and operating new infrastructure under real-world constraints, with real customers and real stakes.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join Listo and help build the core platform alongside the founders and CTO. You’ll work on production systems, integrations, and automation pipelines, contributing directly to features that ship to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and evolve backend systems and third‑party integrations
• Contribute to automation pipelines and agentic workflows
• Ship production features used by real customers
• Collaborate closely with founders and the CTO on technical decisions
• Take ownership of specific systems or components as the platform grows

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid software engineering fundamentals
• Have experience working with APIs, backend systems, or integrations
• Are comfortable writing production‑quality code
• Take responsibility for the systems you build

Preferred Tech Stack

Experience with some of the following is a plus:

• Backend:
  Type Script, Node.js, Python
• APIs & Integrations: REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL
• Automation / Agentic Systems: LLM-based workflows, task orchestration
• Infrastructure:
  Docker, CI/CD, GCP or AWS (basic Kubernetes knowledge a plus)
• Observability:
  Logging, metrics, basic monitoring
