- Manage AI/ML projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery.
- Design experiments, implement algorithms, and product ionise scalable solutions.
- Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent fields.
- Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and developing production solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including advanced concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data structures and algorithms.
- Hands‑on experience in coding and solution design from scratch.
- Familiarity with data science platforms such as Sage Maker and Data Bricks.
- Strong people management and team‑building skills.
- Ability to inspire collaboration among technical and non‑technical teams.
- Effective communication and solid negotiation skills.
- Experience in fostering a healthy engineering culture and attracting talent.
