As part of our GenAI team, you’ll play a key role in delivering, deploying, and monitoring AI and GenAI solutions that support our Claims Operations and Transformation teams. You’ll develop innovative GenAI applications aligned with our strategy of augmentation and automation – empowering data-driven decisions that drive efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.

• Proficient in the latest GenAI practices, including prompt engineering and RAG systems, with an awareness of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
• Experience working with open-source agentic libraries like Lang Chain and Lang Graph, and building robust OOP Python applications and library code.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying web-based applications using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of backend APIs and scalable architecture design.
• Knowledgeable in containerization and deployment through Dev Ops pipelines.

• Salary:
  Norwich: £30,000 - £37,000/ London: £38,000 - £46,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity 8% of annual salary – actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
