Role:
Backend Software Engineer Team:
Reg Tech (Fintech Business Unit)
The Stack
Primary:
Java (Expert level) & Microservices.
Data:
Cassandra, Hadoop, MySQL.
Cloud: AWS (Kinesis, Step Functions, EC2).
Focus:
Distributed systems, batch processing, and data integrity.
The Mission
Build and scale automated KYC/KYP (Know Your Customer/Partner) and regulatory compliance engines. You will own the lifecycle of services that handle identity verification, risk assessment, and onboarding for a global partner base.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in server-side software development.
Architecture:
Building highly scalable distributed systems and data pipelines.
Expertise:
Unit/Integration testing, architecture reviews, and defining SLOs.
Mindset: "Can-do" attitude; able to bridge technical problems with regulatory needs.
Pluses:
