• Competence in report writing and documentation

• Previous experience in probation services, social work, or related fields is preferred.
• A degree in criminology, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
• Experience in assessing risk and developing intervention plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
