The Role - Your Opportunity to Make a Difference

Manage a rewarding caseload of adults with diverse social care needs, including safeguarding cases
Carry out Care Act assessments, statutory reviews, and person-centred care planning
Work hand-in-hand with clients, families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to coordinate support

Who We're Looking For

A qualified social worker (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) registered with Social Work England
Experienced in adult social care, safeguarding, or related practice
Confident in statutory social work processes, assessments, and care planning
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive, motivated team
