A respected Housing Association in London is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary 6-month basis. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of tenants, handle tenancy-related issues, carry out estate visits, and deliver high-quality resident support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tenancy and estate issues effectively
* Conduct property visits and inspections
* Provide advice and support to residents
* Handle complaints, rent issues, ASB, and safeguarding concerns
* Maintain accurate records and case notes
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Housing Officer or similar role
* Strong understanding of tenancy management
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Desirable:
* Experience with in a London-based housing association
Location:
London (Housing Association)
Hours:
Full-time
Pay Rate: £21–£27 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract:
6 Months (Temp)
