Social Worker needed for our Children with Disabilities team in Havering, paying £37ph!

Hybrid Working!

• Team: Children with Disabilities
• Role: Qualified Social Worker
• Rate: £37 ph

We are recruiting a Children’s Social Worker (CSW) to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 20–25 children, supporting children with disabilities and their families to achieve positive outcomes while ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.

• Manage cases involving children with disabilities
• Undertake assessments, care planning, reviews, and statutory visits
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Ensure compliance with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration
• Must be a driver;
  Experience in Children with Disabilities (CWD) is preferable
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
• Strong communication, assessment, and organisational skills
