Eden Brown Synergy is currently working with Lambeth Council, who are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Assessment Team.

Lambeth Council

* Managing complex and varied caseloads within a busy Assessment Team.

* Undertaking high-quality, child-focused assessments under Section 17 and Section 47.

* Leading on child protection enquiries and supporting decision-making at the front door.

* Providing professional guidance and support to less experienced social workers.

* Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

* Attending and contributing to strategy meetings, legal planning meetings, and child protection conferences.

* Ensuring assessments, plans, and case recordings are analytical, timely, and compliant with statutory guidance.
