What We’re Looking For

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towaards it)
2+ years’ experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
Strong OFSTED knowledge and a track record of good outcomes
A passionate, child-centred leader who inspires teams and champions best practice
What You’ll Be Doing

Co Managing daily operations of the home
Recruiting, developing, and leading your own staff team
Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance
Creating a nurturing, therapeutic, and stable environment for children
Driving quality, safeguarding, and OFSTED readiness
