Social Worker / Senior - Children With Disabilities - South London

Liquid Personnel are currently looking for experienced Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our client’s Children With Disabilities team in South London

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality and responsive social work service. Acting as lead professional in your work with disabled children and their families subject to child in need and child protection plans. You will work with families that are involved in care proceedings, the court of protection and with looked‑ahead children.
It's a role that will see you work collaboratively with allied professionals both through external partner agencies and with the internal domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse and social care practitioners, bringing together and coordinating the team around the child to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to safeguarding and developing creative care packages for disabled children.
Essential requirements of this Social Work role:- Hold a degree in Social Work
- Be registered with Social Work England
- Have completed your ASYE
- Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration
