This is a fast-paced, rewarding role for someone who thrives on building relationships, promoting independence, and helping young people move into education, training, or work.

• Supporting a small caseload of young people with complex needs

• Completing assessments, support plans, and risk management

• Promoting access to education, training, and employment

• Working closely with multi-agency partners

• Responding to safeguarding and emergency concerns

• Experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs

• Confident with boundaries, behaviour management, and safeguarding

• Strong communication and engagement skills

• Enhanced DBS

• Flexible approach to working on a rota basis
