As a Senior Social Worker - Localities you will be responsible for managing complex cases within the locality teams, providing expert advice, and ensuring the delivery of effective social care services. The successful Senior Social Worker - Localities will be expected to :

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families within the locality teams.
• Develop, implement, and review tailored intervention plans.
• Act as a lead in safeguarding cases, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Provide expert advice and support to junior team members.
• Liaise with external agencies and community organizations to coordinate care.
• Maintain detailed documentation and case records.
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing service development initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
