Triage Officer iPeople SC Solutions Limited

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Housing Triage Officer for our clients based in North West London.

Our client based in the North West of London is looking for a Housing Triage Officer to join their busy team.

Conducting basic homeless triage assessments to determine the housing need of potentially homeless customers. Providing honest advice and being able to manage expectations, i.e, having difficult conversations with clients.

Managing a caseload for clients with change in circumstances, communicating effectively via telephone, email and via Microsoft Teams.

Work in a fast paced environment and help to manage day to day assessments as well as emergency homeless applications.

There is also the requirement to attend the office2 days a week, subject to change and there will be a requirement to conduct face to face assessments.
