Position: Hackney - QSW - CWD Team - £37.52 p/h Umb (Temporary)
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team at Hackney Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Carries out statutory assessments for children and young people with disabilities.

* Manages complex caseloads including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children.

* Develops and reviews care plans to meet the needs of children and families.

* Works collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including health and education services.

* Applies a sound knowledge of disability, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.

* Maintains timely, accurate, and analytical case recording in line with local and statutory standards.

Pay Rate

* £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements

* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)

* Social Work England registration

* Experience working within a Children with Disabilities team or equivalent experience

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and disability frameworks
