Position: Lambeth - AP - Assessment Team - £41.10 p/h Umb
Location: South West London

Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Assessment Team at Lambeth Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Undertakes complex child and family assessments in line with statutory requirements.

* Manages high-risk safeguarding cases and contributes to timely decision-making.

* Provides practice guidance, mentoring, and oversight to Social Workers.

* Supports quality assurance, reflective supervision, and practice improvement.

* Works in partnership with multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and young people.

* Maintains accurate, timely, and analytical case recording.

Pay Rate
* £41.10 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements

* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)

* Social Work England registration

* Significant experience within Assessment and Child Protection teams

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance
