Location: Greater London

Our client a world renowned law firm based next to Moorgate Station is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace and are looking for dynamic Workplace Coordinators to help make this քննարկ സൂ transition seamless and energising.

As a Workplace Coordinator you’ll be the go‑to person for colleagues on your assigned floor ensuring their day‑to‑day experience is supported and connected. You’ll manage incoming queries, resolve issues with a proactive mindset and act as the friendly face of the transition. You’ll also work closely with the client team to support operational tasks helping to shape a workplace that’s not just functional but inspiring.

Hours:

40 hours per week varying shifts between 7am‑7pm Mon‑Fri.
Salary: 35500

Qualifications

We’re looking for relatable personable people with a strong customer‑first mindset and solid experience in a structured customer service role.

You’ll need to be comfortable in managing your time prioritising tasks and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.

An understanding of working in a law firm is a bonus.

Group interviews will be held from late September to early October as part of the selection process.
