Role Overview :

As a Frontline Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission to support individuals and families as they navigate challenges related to housing, safety, financial security, and health. You will play a crucial role in empowering customers towards self-reliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Work directly with customers in various community settings to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
Support & Intervention:
Collaborate with Housing and Community officers to provide tailored support and intervention for customers facing diverse issues.
Advice & Guidance:
Offer signposting, mediated support, and targeted advice to help customers achieve their goals.
Holistic Service Delivery:
Partner with the Community and Voluntary Sector to ensure a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Case Recording:
Comply with processes for case recording and information management to maintain accurate records.
Building Checks:
Undertake routine building-related checks and monitor records related to these processes.
Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with other services and agencies to facilitate seamless support for residents.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in community or housing support roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A problem-solving mindset to navigate complex situations
Proficiency in case recording and information management
A genuine desire to help individuals and families improve their circumstances
