Housing Solutions Officer (Hybrid) – Kensington, £20.86ph PAYE

We are looking for a Housing Solutions Officer to provide face-to-face homelessness assessments and compliant decision making under the Housing and Regeneration Act (HRA). The role will involve referrals to other housing options and managing a mixed caseload of Part VI and Part VII cases.

• Provide effective face-to-face homelessness assessments and compliant decision making under the HRA, including onward referrals to other housing options.
• Manage own caseload and be part of a Duty rota.
• Be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week, subject to the needs of the service.

Staff will be on a Duty rota and manage a mixed caseload of Part VI and Part VII cases.

Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
